Falconry Training

A falconry lesson allows you to look at a desert buzzard up close – right on your gloved hand – and feel its soft feathers. Familiarise yourself with the bird and go on a discovery tour with it.

Together with one of our falconers and a desert buzzard, you will have the opportunity to ask your questions about birds of prey, bird of prey conservation, owls and falconry and learn a lot about the world of the feathered inhabitants of the castle. They cradle the bird and fly it on our airfield. The highlight of the falconry lesson: at the end of the falconry lesson you are allowed to let the bird of prey fly completely free yourself.

Price per person

Included in the Price: Visit of the Raptor Center including flight demonstration, tour of the facility and falconry’s lesson.
Adults: 125 ,- €
Children & Teenager (7 – 17 years): 95 ,- €
Accompanying persons pay the regular entrance fee for the Raptor Center.
